We were travelling because my brother was at the hospital for heart surgery and it was a very stressful time, unfortunately he did not survive but fortunately the front desk was very helpful and was able to extend our stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Monte Carlo Inn. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh pastries. The hotel is conveniently located, close to public transportation. Our room with a king bed was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms extremely comfortable. Plenty of surfaces to put your things on. We had a room with 2 queen beds. Everything was excellent.

Needed a break from the hydro outages. Booked here because of price. Great value. Staff was great. Continental breakfast was a bonus. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Included minifridge and microwave. Definitely will take advantage of this great find again.

Location, it is between our 2 destinations we wanted to go which are Toronto and Niagara Falls, close to airport and a lot places to eat around the hotel.

The staff was really kind and helpful. Monte Carlo Inn has a good location and free parking. Breakfast is good although there is a little spase with tables where can sit.

We requested a room with a Jacuzzi which was a lot nicer Jacuzzi than we used at a completely different property. It was easier to get out of, less hazardous. And we could face each other instead of sitting side by side.

The room we had was spacious and clean. The foyer in the room was very appreciated, especially when we were back after a long day visiting Toronto. We were on the last floor, so there were no one on top of us which we really liked it!

Was upgraded to King Size bed, very clean and amazing staff. Restaurants are nearby
